Referring a Patient?
D&Y welcomes referrals from therapists, primary care physicians, and other providers. We communicate directly with referring providers — with patient consent — and can coordinate across treatment teams. To refer a patient, contact the office by phone or email with the patient's name, your contact information, and a brief description of the clinical situation. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That is what the first conversation is for.
