Insurances Accepted at D&Y Integrated Psychiatry
Psychiatry Unplugged accepts most major insurances. For more information, contact us or visit our clinic.Please speak to our office staff to verify your benefits prior to your visit.
We accept most private PPO insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem Cigna, and UBH/UHC. If your insurance is out of our network; don’t worry. We have a dedicated biller who can submit your insurance claims for direct reimbursement to you.
We are also able to work with your insurance for out of network specialty authorizations for treatment.
Submitted insurance claims are generally reimbursed in 2-4 weeks:
- 60 minute visit: expect 50-60% of $500 charge reimbursed
- 30 minute visit: expect 70-95% of $250 charge reimbursed

Good Faith Estimate
ou are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for the total projected cost of any non-emergency items or services. For more details, contact us.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who aren’t using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
