Life doesn’t slow down—and neither do the demands on your mental health. Whether you’re a professional, student, parent, military  veteran, or first responder, our goal is to help you regain clarity, balance, and a sense of yourself.

D&Y Integrated Psychiatry provides adult psychiatric care in California, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and burnout. We offer evidence-based medication management via telehealth,  with a thoughtful, personalized approach grounded in real-world experience.

We have dedicated experience working with military members, veterans, healthcare professionals, and frontline workers, and we understand the unique pressures these roles carry. Our care is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you function better in daily  life—not just managing symptoms.

Denis Grigorov – I know how draining life can be when every part of it demands your energy. My ten years in the U.S. Air Force as a commissioned officer, followed by years working as an emergency department nurse, taught me firsthand how stress and responsibility can take a toll—even on those who seem unshakable. I later completed a one-year residency as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at the VA, where I had the privilege of caring for fellow veterans—an experience that deepened my commitment to providing grounded, compassionate psychiatric care. Those experiences shape the way I practice today: calm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel steady again.

At D&Y Integrated Psychiatry, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression and bipolar mood spectrum disorders, ADHD, trauma, and burnout. Sessions are conversational and practical, blending evidence-based care with space to slow down, regain clarity, and rebuild balance. I also speak Russian and Ukrainian, which can be helpful for patients who prefer to communicate in those languages.

Dr. Forehand is a Southern California native and U.S. Army Ranger veteran with advanced training in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He completed his medical education and fellowships through Johns Hopkins, Sheppard Pratt, and the University of Maryland, later earning certification in Advanced Clinical Psychopharmacology and a Master Psychopharmacology Certificate from the Neuroscience Education Institute.

He has taught medical students and residents at several universities—including the University of Maryland, University of Rochester, and University of California, Riverside—and has been invited to speak at national and international conferences on a wide range of psychiatric topics.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Forehand is a proud father of three and an avid tennis player who enjoys time in nature, whether at the beach, in the mountains, or exploring the desert.
