If you prefer to pay out of pocket, the following transparent rates apply:

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
A detailed initial visit including full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Initial Evaluation: $395 for 60 minutes

Follow-Up Appointments
Ongoing visits for medication management, therapy integration, and progress review.

Follow-Up Visit: $245 for 30 minutes

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Sliding scale available upon request.

Forms are completed only for established patients and may include:

• 504 accommodation letters (at the clinician’s discretion)
• Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters
• Short-term disability documentation (at the clinician’s discretion)

We do not provide long-term disability certification or functional capacity evaluations.

Forms requiring more than five minutes of provider time are billed at $150 per form.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your first visit.
